He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; and his mother-in-law Ethel Morris. He is survived by: his children, Jody Williams of Blanchard, Loretta Williams of Blanchard and Sheila Williams of Blanchard; his grandchildren, Ashley Williams, Samantha Fate, Jarrod Fate, Jacob Williams, Breylan Williams and Lilly Backus; his great grandchildren, Ryvers Fate and Braiden Baker; and his siblings, Cindy Karcher, Kirk Williams, Lavant "Stub" and Patty Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close extended family & friends.
