With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruthanne Spurlock of Black River, Michigan, born in Westboro, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 90. She is survived by: her children, Bob of Phoenix, Ed (Carol) of Austin, Lisa (Mary Onifer) of Ferndale and Fern Ward (Don) of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Erica Spurlock of Phoenix, Lauren and Denise Ward of Springfield, Virginia..
