He is survived by: his significant other Lisa; his children, Mandy Miller, Bruce Miller (Kelly) and Chris Carskadon (Joy); and his siblings, Marie Robbins (Bob), Rick Miller (Lyn), John Miller (Sherry) and Tim Miller (Nina). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
