She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Joe" Cousineau and Leona Cousineau (Heckathorn); her former husband Leonard "Dean" Luce; her husband Carl Whipple; and her siblings, Jim Cousineau and Lucille Fredrick.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Lee (Ernie), Laurie Jackson (Leroy), Kim Thon (Tom) and Kevin Luce (Tina); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Stacy), Jamie, Tom, Jr. (Sheri), Jessica, Shannon, Alicia (James), Gage, Heather and Holly; her sister Betty Hartman (Thurl) of Traverse City; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Cousineau and Linda Luce. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made for the Alzheimer's Foundation or Spectrum Health Hospice.
