He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Chamberlain and Elizabeth Chamberlain; his sister Rachel; and his nephew Michael. He is survived by: his siblings, Eric Chamberlain (late Grace), Linda (late Alby) and Jonathan Chamberlain; and his nieces and nephews, David Nelson, Brian Light, Sara Sarti and Katherine Hample. He is also survived by his family and friends.
