Irving Foon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2024, Irving Foon of Birmingham, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Irving shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Irving farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dr. Herman Foon and Esther Hammer (late Bernard); and his parents, Benjamin Foon and Clara Foon. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Foon; his child Abby Stybel (Jeremy); and his sibling-in-law Ellie Litt. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM. A shiva was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 and on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Temple Israel (5725 Walnut Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48323).
