She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Vogt and Norma Vogt. She is survived by: her children, Annie Carsten (Brian), Catherine Leggett (John) and Michael Mekas (Rachel); her grandchildren, Sadie, Maxwell, Abby, Theodore, Ezra, Jude and Lucy; her siblings, Katie Arrandale (Paul), John Vogt, Michael Vogt (Lynn), Chris Vogt (Shelley) and Mary Jane Vogt; and her former husband Michael Mekas.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in her memory to benefit cancer research at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit or Emory Hospital in Atlanta.
