He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claire Pugh (Jacques) and Edgar Pugh; his wife Sharon; his daughters, Diana Moak (Bob) and Deborah Pugh (Jim Shapiro); his grandchildren, Jacob Moak, Hadley Moak and Jane Shapiro; and his sister Jacqueline Stewart (Colin). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
