He is survived by: his grandchildren, Connor, Ryan McCartan, Kyle and Sloan Finn-Purcella; his wife Geri; his siblings, Herbert Bradford Ruggles (Sandy) and Connie Lu Taylor (David); and his children, Janice McCartan (Ken), Michael Ruggles, Krista Wollam and Carey Finn-Purcella (Chris). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and 4 grandchildren.
