He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hawke and Florence Hawke (Thayer); and his brothers, Edward and Floyd. He is survived by: his siblings, Dick Hawke (Janet), Juanita Ferris and Hazel Wilson; his close friend Nancy; and also Tom.
