He was predeceased by: his mother Mary J. Skinner (McGovern); and his brother-in-law Gary Randall. He is survived by: his father Thomas E. Skinner; his siblings, Tony, Sue Randall, Nancy Sather (Bill), Mary Fran Leineke (Brian), Joe Skinner (Debbie) and John Skinner; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Juhl (Jackie), Andrew Juhl (Ali), Laura Castle (Collin), Caitlin Sather (Mack), Jennifer Deibert (Dan), Thomas Purdy (Lila) and Madison Skinner (Evan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bella, Harper, Beckham, Cecilia Belle, Aubrey, Kristopher, Kayla, Kayden and Kaylynn; his close friends, Jamie Kitts and John Ackerman; and his pet Goldie. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
