He is survived by: his wife Karen Smith; his children, Chris Smith (Becky), Michell King (Daniel) and Jeremy Bloom; his grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren, Logan, Nathan, Jeremy, Anna and Dakota; his brothers, Bob Smith (Gerry) and Brian Smith (Kinny); and his sister-in-law Virginia Smith. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
