He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frazier and Doris Frazier; his wife Martha; his son Edward Frazier; and his brothers, Richard Frazier and Russel Frazier.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Frazier of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bellen and Joseph Bellen.
