It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay D. Woolworth (Birch Run, Michigan), born in Clio, Michigan, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woolworth and Mildred Woolworth (Howard); and his granddaughter Amie. He is survived by: his wife Sue Bradsher; his children, Debbie Borrego (Adolph) of Birch Run, Pam Lenhart of North Carolina, Ray Woolworth of Bridgeport and Jennifer Thompson (Bob) of Montrose; and his sisters, Bonita McFarlin (Connie Schuler) and Numerous. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for a cemetery monument for Jay.
