It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack D. Thompson of Birch Run, Michigan, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Thompson and Laura Thompson (Demona); and his spouse Shirley Hamling. He is survived by: his children, Randy Hamling (Patti), Terry Thompson (Peggy), Pam McKee, Michael Thompson (Carrie) and Joy Bentley (Dirk). He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; Siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
