With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gale A. Picard-Vance of Birch Run, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on August 11, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert "Buck" Picard; her husband Carl Vance; and her siblings, Vickie Lee and Ron Bassage. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Vance, Crystal Long and Greg Long (Heather); her grandchildren, Toni, Dominick, Greg, Josie, Abigale, Celina and Milliano; her sister Diana Picard-Nelson; and her pet Princess.
