He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Percy and Dora Percy (Randel); his brothers, Arthur Percy and Leon Percy; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Osher, Glen Chatters, Jim Mazur, William Shappee Sr., Morley Shappee, Al Brockett and Marvin Brockett.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Percy; his children, Don Percy, Jr. (Staci) and Lisa Bowns (Brian); his grandchildren, Bradley Bowns (Loy), Jackson Percy and Anna Percy; his siblings, Betty Osher, Kathy Chatters, Barbara Mazur and Tom Percy (Angie); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Percy, Gay Percy, Karen Shappee, Douglas Brockett (Barbara), Larry Shappee (Joyce) and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
