He is survived by: his brother Organization; his sons, Dr. Matthew Dolan (Donna) and James Dolan; his grandchildren, Mark Dolan (Rachael), Rachel Shaw (Gerald), Brooke, Ryan Dolan and Dominick Blaskiewicz; his great grandchild Elijah Shaw; his sisters, Judith Mayhew and Martha Pierson; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Dolan.
