It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dallas Earl Stephen (Birch Run, Michigan), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Faye Stephen (Morgan). He is survived by: his parent Dallas Stephen (Faye); his siblings, Paul Stephen, Debbie Weisenberger (Mark) and Larinda Karwatt; and his close friend Dave Kerby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
