He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Bartley. He is survived by: his parents, Debra A. Okarmus Bartley and James L. Osgood; his wife Amber Bartley; his children, Shelby Bartley and Jordan Bartley; his grandson Nico; and his nieces and nephews, Deion, Taliah, Brendon, Jacob and Olivia.
