She was predeceased by: her father Glenwood Sims; her husband Henry Altman; and her granddaughter Jennifer Woodcock. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Woodcock (Larry), Timothy Altman, Sheryl Gentry (Todd) and Kenneth Altman (Toni); her grandchildren, Jessica Lambert (Al), Nathan Woodcock, Kayla Mudd (Nathan), Kyle Altman and Madison Gentry; her great grandchildren, Timothy Allen Lambert and Juniper Mae Mudd; and her siblings, Leland Sims and Linda Klein. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
