She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Emmons and Ellen Irene Emmons (Carpenter); her daughter Lona Grabowski; and her sister Joann Walker. She is survived by: her husband Dwain Houghteling; her children, Terry Houghteling (Jackie) of Miami, Eddy Houghteling (Linda) of Birch Run, Michigan and Reno Shores (Gordon) of Birch Run; her grandchildren, Dawayne Houghteling, Luke Houghteling, Travis Houghteling, Stefan Houghteling, Nolan Houghteling, Lauren Houghteling, Leighton Saint, Landon Shores, Tyler Shores, Cody Shores, Jordan Herrin, Ashton Grabowski, Dakota Grabowski and Collin Grabowski; her brother Ron Jakubczak (Priscilla); and her son-in-law Steve Grabowski.
