She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Chumack (Lilac) and William Chumack; and her brother Robert Chumack. She is survived by: her children, Tony Hovsepian (Stephanie) and Chrissy Barth (Craig); her grandchildren, Olivia, Maxwell Barth, Jacob, Kiki and Lily Hovsepian; her sister Sandra Chumack; her sister-in-law Roxie Chumack; and her husband Jack. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
