He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bair and Linda Bair (Williams); his wife Ilene; and his brother Scott Bair. He is survived by: his children, Brian Flowers (Crystal) and Kacy Leeds (Jared); his brother Mark Bair; and his grandchildren, Justin Leeds, Jacob Hull, Jadrick Flowers and Brice Leeds. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
