He is survived by: his wife Susan Stevens; his sons, Ryan and Troy Weaver (Anna); his grandchildren, Lauren and Seth Weaver; and his brother Terry Weaver (Leidewey).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mohnke Janowicz Funeral Home (128 S Warren Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307).
In lieu of flowers, Tom asked to have donations made in his name to Corewell Health Hospice.
