He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest George (Barney) and Lydia Mehl (Klausing); his siblings, James E. and Patricia Van Dyke (Gordon); and his nephews, David C. Mehl and Michael Fulmer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Fulmer (Bob) and David J. Mehl (Diane); and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn VanDyke Krause, Debra VanDyke Hecker, Nella VanDyke, Janet Mehl, Laurie Mehl Weldon, Amy Mehl Romines, James and John Fulmer.
