He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Stevens and Vivian Stevens (Crame); and his siblings, Sharon, Keith, Richard and Sheryl.
He is survived by: his wife Georgianna Hanson (Fetty) of Lakeview; his children, Debora Grummet of Lakeview, Kurt Stine of Lakeview and Shelly Fine (Edward) of Russellville, AR; his grandchildren, Frank, Megan, Carson, Randi, Donnie, Gus, Scott, Christopher, Georgianna and Claire; and his brother Gordon Stevens (Charlotte) of Lakeview. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
