He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Sack II; his former wife Julia Sack; his stepfather John Phillips; and his grandson Rohen Clark. He is survived by: his mother Rheta Phillips (Shields); his wife Rosemary Sack; his daughters, Laura Pierson (Noah) and Nicole Caraballo Moran (Justin); his stepchildren, Terry Clark, Chuck Johnson (Denise), Stacy Scott (Brian), Terry Johnson (Ann) and Karl Johnson; his brothers, William Sack (Kathy) and Don Sack (Sue); his grandson Allen Clark; his sister-in-law Carolyn "Sis" Kenoshmeg; his aunt Patricia Tomlin; his cousin Gloria Salisbury; and also Terry. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations may also be made to the Charles E. Fairman Community Pool, where he fondly recalled learning to swim as a boy.
