It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamala Ann Colvin of Big Rapids, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobbie Sherwood and Lourie Ann Jones (Cimek); her daughter Julie; her grandson Ayden; her brother Robert Jones; her stepfather Al Heintzelman; and the father of her children John P. Colvin.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Lemmen (Tony) of Comstock Park; her grandchildren, Nevaeh, Skiler, Austin, Jaydan, Braylee and Kinsley; her siblings, James Jones of Grand Rapids, John Jones of Caledonia, Mike Jones of North Dakota, Kim Merklinger (Jim) of White Cloud and Dawn Jones of Stanwood; and also Lourie Heintzelman of Rockford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
