She was predeceased by: her son Michael Sreap; and her sister Patty Madden. She is survived by: her children, Prestyn Simmons, Richard Sreap, Amanda Sreap and Alan Sreap; her sisters, Janet Vetter, Annette Smithers, Amy Taylor and Cindy Lou; and her caregiver Jessica Gable. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
