He is survived by: his parents, James Mcmillan and Helen Mcmillan (Myatt); his children, Nichole Mcmillan (Thomas) of Lewiston, Jeremy Mcmillan of Rochester Hills, Floyd Mcmillan of Lakeland, Jessie Mcmillan (Emily) of Canadian Lakes and Bobbie Mcmillan of Lakeland Florida; his partner's children, Brandy, Nikki and Shawn; and his sisters, Becky Butkovich (Charles) of Lapeer and Bobbie Whitehurst (Keith) of Rochester Hills. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
