It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stanley Davis (Big Rapids, Michigan), born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on December 20, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Davis and Jesse Ruth Davis (Stanley); and his daughter-in-law Charlene Davis. He is survived by: his wife Janet Mae Davis of Big Rapids; his children, Steve Davis of Climax, Ronald Davis (Charlyn) of Big Rapids and Denise Whitmire (Jim) of Vancouver, WA; and his sister Jeanine Jersey of Kalamazoo. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
