He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel RoBart and LaFontsee; his wife Janet Spears of Big Rapids; his children, Robert Jr. Spears (Lonni Mcrae) of California and Terri Spears of Stanwood; his stepchildren, Rebecca Falconer (Butch) of Nebraska, Lee Williams of Virginia, Kellie Gonzalez (Ben) of Hastings and Shelley Morrison (Tom) of Tustin; his sister-in-law Bonnie Spears of Ohio; his stepfather Basil RoBart; and his brother LeRoy "Lee" Spears. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
