She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Don, Jean Hazen and Betty Lou Flahrity. She is survived by: her parents, Pamela Hazen and Frederick Hazen; her children, Joel and Harley Flachs; her husband Tyler Flachs; and her siblings, Levi Hazen (Kay), Luke Hazen (Samantha), Ashley Doerr (Paul) and Greg Risner. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and special friends.
