He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Neumann and Faye Neumann (Herschner). He is survived by: his wife Delores Kibler; his children, Steve (Nedra) of Big Rapids, Richard (Cheryl) of Lakeview, David (Brenda Knoll) of Big Rapids and Cynthia of Big Rapids; and his grandchildren, Philip Neumann (Jessica), Samantha McArthur (Eric), Ameca Gingham (Brad), Bonnie Sullivan and Jeremy Sarns. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
