She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Serrell and Joye Serrell (VanAuken); her husband Bob (Bob); her daughter Jane Martz; and her brothers-in-law, John (Velma Martz), Harold (Marjorie Martz), Harvey Henrikson (Grace) and Russ Dunkel (Esther Hales).
She is survived by: her son Steve Martz (Diane Frumveller); her grandchildren, Marissa Martz (Rick Ganzi) and Nicholas Martz (Michelle); her brother Van Serrell (Janet); and her brother-in-law Allen Hales. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Murlin's name may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
