She was predeceased by: her former husband Arthur Basil; her husband Don; and her siblings, Mark Davidson (Janet) and Susie List (Jerry). She is survived by: her children, Bart Darnell (Dina), Tobin Darnell, Charlie Darnell (Katie), Amanda Hotz (Mark), Donovan, Miles, Sally, Henry, Gracie, Drew and Victoria Courts (Mark); her stepmother Jane Davidson; her siblings, Lorna Miller (Ray) and Jim Davidson (Cheryl); and her sisters-in-law, Marianne Bell, Audrey Ritt and Carol Ruppert (Don). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made with the goal of setting up a scholarship in her name to continue her legacy in education.
