She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wilson and Mary Wilson (Stoner); her husband Fred Starr; her brothers, Marvin, Wayne and Robert Wilson; and her nephew Jack Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Starr of Naples, James Starr (Sue) of Iron Mountain, Robert Starr (Sue) of Hartland, Mary Kay Walworth (Robert) of Big Rapids and Jill Starr-Ruppel of Big Rapids; her sisters, Lois Waddell (Glenn) of Southgate and Donna Turner (Gordon) of Big Rapids; and her cousins, Ann and Jerry Blalock of Sacramento, California.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private family service.
