He was predeceased by: his parents, James McNeil and Alice McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Melissa (Timothy), Todd (Shelli) and Mandy (Edward); his grandchildren, Brendan, Bryce, Naomi, Ashlee, Nya, Malachi, Natalie, Janae, Riley, Keziah, Shakoy, Royalty, Rachel, Kevin, Joshua and Miranda; and his siblings, James (Marti), Diane (Tom), Patrick (Andrea), Daniel (Judy), Margaret (Paul) and Mark.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's or Wounded Warriors Project.
