It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ken Walz (Big Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtle Kilgour; and his grandson Jack Tay. He is survived by: his wife Sueann; his daughter Heather Walz-Tay (Kory); his grandchildren, Amelia Tay of Tucson, Quinn and Beau of Phoenix; his brother-in-law Tom Lyons (Wendy) of Big Rapids; and his children, Jason, Shane (Char), Jim Lyons (Val) of Stanwood, John, Ana and Renae.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ken's name may be given to ARC (Animal Rescue Coalition) of Mecosta County, 18400 220th Ave., Big Rapids, Mi. 49307 or may be sent to Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home, 13985 Northland Dr., Big Rapids, Mi. 49307.
