She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Diehlman and Nina Diehlman (Sowles); her husband Leonard J. LaVallee; her son Garrold LaVallee (Jeanne) of Big Rapids; her son-in-law Mike Blanchard of Chase; and her daughter Ragena Blanchard. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Kathryn's name may be directed to Spectrum Hospice.
