She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Johansen; and her father-in-law Perry "Pete" Douglass III. She is survived by: her mother Mary Johansen (Olsen); her husband Perry Douglass IV; her daughters, Britani and Alyssa Douglass; and her mother-in-law Mary Anne Douglass of Big Rapids. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
