She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Evans and Josephine Evans (Detzler); her husband Bruce W. Jacobs; her son Bruce W. Jacobs Jr.; and her brother James Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Straley (Greg), Vicki Jacobs, Michael Jacobs (Katie), Patrick Jacobs (Cindy), Mark Jacobs (Colleen), Joni Lintemuth (Patrick Best), Matthew Jacobs (Tracey) and Timothy Jacobs (Mary); and her sister Janice Bombe (Bob). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
