He is survived by: his wife Denise Haezebrouck; his daughters, Katie Butera (Eric) and Allyse Ward (Brady); his grandchildren, Ava Elyse Butera, Josephine Marie Ward and Jameson Michael Ward; and his brothers, Clifford and Matthew (Linda).
