John Meerman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2019, at the age of 98, John Meerman (Big Rapids, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Meerman and Anna Meerman (Bolt); and his wife Elinor. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Meerman Perdew, Larry Meerman, John Paul Meerman and Cynthie Zerbe (John Sr.); and his grandchildren, John Jr. Zerbe (Kristina), Jeremy Zerbe, Shara Perdew, Rachelle Peters (Matt) and Danielle Perdew-DeGroot (Mark). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in John's name may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Mecosta County 4-H, or to a charity of your choice, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
