It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Sofoulis III of Big Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Sofoulis II and Maxine Isabel Sofoulis (Arnold). He is survived by: his daughter Jonell Combs (Junior); and his siblings, Lynne D. Stewart of Big Rapids and William A. Sofoulis. He is also survived by four grandchildren all of Ohio; seven great-grandchildren.
Because of his love of animals, he has requested that any donations be sent to A.R.C. of Mecosta County (Animal Rescue Coalition) in Big Rapids.
