He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert B. Bowman and Anna M. Bowman (Greenfield); his former wife Rebecca Bark; his wife Beck; his children, Jamie Schroeder (Kevin) of Holland and John (Melissa) of Rodney; his grandchildren, Jarred Bowman, Elizabeth Bowman, Jacquelyn Hibma (Nick) and Bryan Schroeder; his great grandchildren, Remington, Kimber, Emma, Karli, Arianna, Anthony, Naomi and Nolan; his brother Robert Bowman (Marla); and his friend Willie Finney. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Chippewa Lake Community Church, or the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids.
