He is survived by: his wife Barbara Scalf of Big Rapids; his children, Jenny Scalf-Johnson of Wayland, Jamie Hurtado (Miguel) of Boise, Jimmy Hall (Rachel) of Greenwood, Johnny Hall of Illinois, Tammy Grant (Patrick Sr.) of White Cloud, Michael Holst of White Wood and Jeremy Holst of White Wood; his sister Cathy Sue Sutton of Largo, Florida; his sister-in-law Phyllis Harris of Stanwood; and his friends, Mike and Barb Weed. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
