She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melbourne Boerma and Dora Boerma (Leiter); her former husband Richard L. McGorman; her husband Ernie; her children, Dora Smith, Barbara Galer, Michael McGorman, Patsy Bourke (Larry) and Steven Maguire; her stepchildren, Sharon Rish (Gilbert), Marshelle Renne (Paul) and Floyd Spedowski; her daughter-in-law Karen VanSyckle; her brother Harold Boerma (Joyce); her son Glen McGorman; and her son-in-law Robert Galer. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great- and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Hilda's name may be made to Mecosta County Senior Center or Mecosta County Animal Rescue Coalition.
