He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Thebo and Joyce Thebo (Lowden); and his siblings, Rick, Ron and Sandy Ensing.
He is survived by: his wife Diane (Burkett); his children, Chuck Thebo (Laurie), Kathy Thebo (Ricky Geldhof) and Sherrie Cook (Len); and his sister Sharyn VanderKolk (Scott). He is also survived by grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
